Sometimes the path forward begins with a single step. Literally.


This complimentary 30-day walking challenge is designed for women who are rebuilding their lives after a major setback—whether that’s job loss, a relationship ending, financial struggles, or any other life-altering challenge. It’s not just about walking. It’s about moving forward, both physically and emotionally.


How It Works

For 30 days, you’ll receive daily guidance that combines gentle physical movement with powerful emotional healing prompts. Each walk is an opportunity to process where you’ve been, acknowledge where you are, and take deliberate steps toward where you want to go.


The challenge is organized into four weekly themes that mirror the healing journey:

Week 1: Awareness – Acknowledging your current reality and beginning to see your situation clearly

Week 2: Acceptance – Making peace with what has happened while refusing to stay stuck there

Week 3: Action – Taking intentional steps toward the life you’re rebuilding

Week 4: Alignment – Moving forward with purpose and integrating your transformation


What You’ll Experience

Each day, you’ll receive a themed walking prompt that connects physical movement with emotional work. Some days you’ll walk to release what no longer serves you. Other days you’ll walk to celebrate how far you’ve come. Every step is part of your bounce back story.

There’s no pressure to walk a certain distance or maintain a specific pace. This is about showing up for yourself, one step at a time, and honoring wherever you are in your journey.
